The Fit VA exists because we saw a gap. Fitness founders, gym owners, sports organisations and health brands were trying to run incredible businesses while drowning in admin, operations and the day to day details that never seem to stop.

We are here to fix that. Our support is flexible, reliable and built around the specific needs of businesses in this industry. We do not need a long onboarding or a detailed briefing document to understand your world. We already get it.

THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Sarah

Founder of The Fit VA. That dual experience of being both a fitness business owner and a VA at the same time gives me something genuinely rare. A first hand understanding of what it takes to run a brilliant fitness business and exactly the kind of support that helps it thrive.

I know the pace, the passion and the ambition that drives people in this industry. I have been in the thick of it myself and I loved it. Which is why I care so much about getting the support right for the businesses I work with. When things run smoothly behind the scenes the difference it makes to a founder is extraordinary. More headspace, more energy and more time to focus on the parts of the business that only they can do.

Alongside that I have spent over a decade working at the sharp end of busy, fast moving businesses. Managing executive diaries, leading operations, hiring brilliant people and building systems that mean everything keeps moving even when the founder steps away. I have worked with C-suite executives, growing startups and ambitious business owners across a range of industries and I bring all of that experience into every client relationship.

The Fit VA exists because I know what great support looks like and what it can do for a business. I built it to be exactly that. Reliable, invested, straight talking and completely at home in your world. If that sounds like what you have been looking for I would love to hear from you.

When the laptop is closed

Outside of work Sarah is all about the simple things. Cosy nights in, spending time with family and going for long walks with three very cheeky dogs who have been known to crash the odd Zoom call.

You will find her at reformer Pilates whenever she can fit it in, always up for trying something new in the kitchen and never saying no to a proper roast dinner.

She started her VA business after her fourth redundancy following the pandemic and has never looked back. What began as a way to take back control has grown into something she is incredibly proud of, and that shows in everything The Fit VA does.
